| Our country’s budget deficit topped $1 trillion for the first time in our nation’s history this summer. Our nation’s debt stands near $12 trillion. The White House and Congress seem to have no plans to stop spending either. As a former small business owner I realize that we cannot spend ourselves into prosperity. We cannot print ourselves into prosperity either. We must slow the flow of big government spending to ensure future generations can prosper. |
